1.Users can refer to Hpool-Chia-PP pool access tutorial in the help center of hpool.in website to join the new protocol pool.

2.The new protocol pool needs to use new software. If there are new&old files in the machine, two softwares need to be run and submitted separately.

3.Hpool-Chia old pool was renamed Hpool-Chia-OG. The old files will continue to run normally in the OG pool.

4.PP pool revenue distribution rules: 1/8 block rewards will be directly obtained by the miners, and 7/8 rewards will be distributed according to PPLNS mode after entering the pool address.

5.Since the Hpool-Chia-PP pool operates independently, the initial computing power is small, and the stability of block generation requires a period of computing power accumulation.

However, there is an airdrop activity for mining XCH in the PP pool, which can increase the farmers’ revenue.

6. Hpool-Chia-PP pool XCH airdrop: For the new pool, XCH will be airdropped daily based on mining contribution.

Airdrop quantity: Estimated 30 XCH per day (for example: the hashrate of the new pool is 10P on the first day, and the account hashrate online time + contribution is about 100T, you can receive 0.3XCH for airdrop)

Airdrops period: 12:00 am, July 16, 2021–12:00 am, July 21(GMT+8).

Instructions about Mining Software:

Hpool launches the official pooling protocol with 2 access modes:

1. Today, we launch the first mode, which uses Hpool’s new mining software. For this mode, the hashrate signature will be required. The full node does not need to be maintained independently, and the hashrate is stable.

2. The original version will also be launched later, directly through the official software. But the farmers must ensure that the full node synchronization is normal, otherwise there will be problems such as mining interruption.

Note: The official protocol directly uses wallet software to access mining. Farmers who have a large number of mining machines in the LAN, will have problems such as synchronization of full nodes. Farmers need to ensure that the full nodes on their mining machines do not have synchronization delays or freezes. There are extremely high requirements for daily equipment maintenance and network stability.

Therefore, the launched version still requires a hashrate signature binding before access, so that users do not have to worry about the synchronization delay of the full node or the connection failure.
